Frequently Asked Questions – Paragon 4 Changes
1. Q – The front page looks so different?
A – Yes, it is different, but everything is still there. The buttons are still at the top, and the Market Monitor has moved to right hand side of the page. Click Here for an Introduction on the New Interface
2. Q – The MLS# Search field is missing on the front page. Where did it go?
A – The MLS# Search field is at the top of the screen in the field labeled "Fidoogle" next to the green button with a magnifying glass. You can enter multiple MLS#’s separated by commas.
3. Q – Where Did the Views/Reports Button Go?
A – The Views/Reports Button has been replaced with the Available Reports slide in on the right hand side. You can now look at all available reports and even drag your favorites to the top. The Exports have been moved to the blue toolbar above the search results. Click Here for More Information.
4. Q – My Big Buttons on the top of the new Paragon 4 screen are missing?
A – You probably have some version of Norton that is causing some problems. Click Here for the most common fixes.
5. Q – Paragon 4 does not fit correctly in my screen.
A – Paragon 4 is continuing to take advantage of the bigger screens and higher resolutions. Click Here to find out how to change your screen resolution to the minimum 1024 x 768.
6. Q – What happened to the MLS#/Address/Tax/Multi-Class under Search?
A – The label has changed to Multi-Class.
7. Q – Paragon 4 is just not working correctly!
