To sign-up for membership:

1. Complete Department of Business & Regulations forms with your broker http://www.myflorida.com/dbpr/re/documents/re-2050-1.pdf

2. Download and complete the TBR Member Application form

3. Contact Jo-Anna Dolloff, Membership Director, at 224-7713 or e-mail, information@tbrnet.org to set-up an appointment to join the Association (due to the time involved, new members must make an appointment, your cooperation is appreciated)

4. Fax in advance your completed Membership Application, (850) 561-3710

5. Review the Lockbox Key Options and if applicable, be prepared to pay the Lockbox fees with a Separate Check made payable to Supra

6. Be on time for your appointment, you may be sharing your appointment with other new members so please be courteous. Allow 45 minutes to join TBR.

What you need at your New Member Appointment:

• Copy of your license or proof that you passed the exam

• Completed Application, if not previously sent in

• Copy of the DBPR Form 2050 signed by your broker http://www.myflorida.com/dbpr/re/documents/re-2050-1.pdf  Check or MasterCard or Visa for all TBR Membership Fees

• Separate Check for Lockbox Key, if applicable

• If you are getting the E-Key (Palm Pilot) make sure your Palm is fully charged
