Leveraging Paragon 5 Search and Mapping Features
This class will instruct students on steps needed to create, run and save searches in Paragon 5. Students will also become familiar with the process of exporting of listing data from MLS to Excel and third party vendors. In this class there will be a heavy emphasis on running searches with Bing mapping.
Creating and Modifying the Paragon 5 CMA Presentation
Students of this course will learn the 6 steps necessary to create a CMA presentation. The CMA presentation offer access to MLS data and provides graphic presentations of subject properties and comparable property data.
