Learn to configure e-mail from your provider in Outlook 2010. Course will cover: email account creation; advanced email functions including rules, flags and message options. Contact management will include lessons on mail merge, distributions lists, contact document linking, and more. This is a highly technical course; end users should already be proficient with basic email, contact, and calendar functions of Outlook 2010.

Managing Prospects’ Search Criteria Using Client Connect

Students of this class will be introduced to both the customer and agent facing sides of Client Connect, a mini-website that allows customers to interact with the listings from saved searches setup by the agent. Note: This class will cover Client Connect only and will not delve into automatic email notifications.

Creating and Modifying Listings in Paragon 5

Students of this class will learn how to create and maintain listings and partial listings. Students will also become familiar with the iCheck listing verification process and how to avoid listing errors at Input. Other topics covered include picture administration, and adding virtual tour and open house information to your listings.

One of the most important courses a REALTOR® can take, and a required course every four years. Covers the REALTOR® Code of Ethics on how to practice real estate morally and ethically, and focuses on issues relevant to Chapter 475, Florida Statutes.
