REALTORS® are required to complete NAR ethics training each quadrennial period. The current quadrennial runs from January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2012.

How to meet the 2009-2012 requirement:

1. Free NAR online course (doesn't provide FL CE). Click Here.

2. Online CE courses: Cracking the Code of Ethics (4 hours CE, $20) or included with a 14-hr. Renewal Package ($25): Click Here. Special: During December, enter the promo code MERRY for 25% off your entire purchase.

3. View all ten YouTube videos, or check out the ethics DVD that's available at the TBR office. After you've watched, complete and return this affidavit to the TBR office. Cost: $10 per completed, returned affidavit. Fee must be paid (and borrowed DVD returned, if applicable) to receive credit for completion of the training requirement.
