REP: FL Appraisers State Law Update (3 hrs CE, 3 hrs ACE)

Description

When it comes to state and federal laws that impact real estate appraisers, it could not be more imperative that licensees both develop and communicate analyses and opinions correctly. This course is for appraisers that want to understand not only what changes have recently come about, but also the history and purpose of the Appraisal Foundation.
The course will start at the basics, discussing the requirements of attaining and maintaining an Appraiser’s license, then will move into discussion regarding supervision of trainee appraisers, and conclude with understanding the impact of the laws on day-to-day activities.
